Jerwood Makers Open 2012 Selection Panel Announced

Felicity Aylieff, ceramic artist, James Beighton, Curator of Craft at mima and Lauren Parker, Head of Contemporary Programmes at the V&A and have been appointed for the Jerwood Makers Open 2012 selection panel.

Artists from across making disciplines have just over two weeks left to submit their proposals for new work, with the closing date for entries on 7 November.

Applicants must be a UK resident and within 10 years of graduating or setting up their practice.  The panel will meet in January 2012 to select the five artists to be awarded £7,500 to realise their proposal. The finished pieces will be exhibited at JVA at Jerwood Space in July 2012 before touring in the UK.
